Fleet management for retail and last-mile delivery.

In a delivery fleet, one defect can keep a van off the road. Simply Fleet keeps that answer current for every vehicle and flags the ones that can’t go.

Scooters, motorcycles, vans, light delivery vehicles

Thousands of vehicles, one question every morning.

A delivery fleet is a lot of small vehicles, most of them out every day and repaired wherever is nearest.

Status nobody trusts

If a vehicle’s status is just a field anyone can change, nobody knows which vehicles are fit to go out.

Repairs that drift

Vehicles end up at whatever workshop is handy, without a quote or an approval, and the cost turns up later.

Exceptions buried in volume

With thousands of vehicles, the one that failed its morning check gets lost among the ones that passed.

How it works at delivery volume.

Delivery fleets usually start here. Each module is set up around your stores and depots, and you can add others as you go.

  • A failed check can stand a vehicle down

You decide whether a failed item notifies someone or takes the vehicle off the road until it’s fixed.

    Checklists & compliance
  • Repairs approved before money is spent

The workshop’s quote is approved before work starts, and the invoice is attached to the vehicle when it’s done.

    Job cards & requests
  • Workshops in the system

Workshops and suppliers can have their own sign-in, and see only the job cards assigned to them.

    Job cards & requests
  • Each vehicle’s whole history

Each vehicle’s history, documents and costs sit on one record, grouped by store, region or however your business runs.

National retailer, delivery scooters

Thousands of scooters, hundreds of stores, and repairs going wherever was handy.

What we built: Every store is mapped to its three closest workshops, measured from GPS coordinates, so each store’s scooters always have somewhere nearby to go and the whole network stays covered. When one of the retailer’s own workshops is among the three, it goes to the top of the list. Add, move or close a workshop and the stores around it update by themselves.

More problems we’ve solved

Questions we get asked.

Can a vehicle be taken off the road automatically when it fails a check?

Yes. You decide whether a failed item simply notifies someone or stands the vehicle down until it’s fixed.

Can our workshops work in the system?

Yes. They can have their own sign-in, and they see only the job cards assigned to them, nothing else in your fleet.

We run scooters, not cars. Does that work?

Yes. Every vehicle type sits in the same register, and each type gets its own checklist questions.

Can each store’s vehicles be sent to the nearest workshop?

Yes. Each store can be mapped to its closest workshops by location, with your own workshops ranked first if you want them to be, and the list updates when a workshop is added or moved.
