Fleet management for rental and subscription fleets.
Every vehicle out on a contract needs checking, signing for and, at the end, handing back clean. Simply Fleet keeps track of all of it per vehicle, fines included, so nobody chases it by hand.
Cars, LDVs, vans, small vehicles

A new driver, a new contract.
Vehicles change drivers all the time, and each change comes with a contract to sign and a condition to record.
Paperwork for every hand-over
Signing and filing contracts by hand works for a small fleet. It breaks as the fleet grows.
Damage between drivers
Without a dated record of each vehicle’s condition, nobody can say who caused the damage.
Fines that arrive after the driver has gone
A fine for a vehicle on contract has to reach the driver who had it that day.
How it works on a contract fleet.
Rental and subscription fleets usually start with these. Each one is set up around your own contracts, and other modules can be added later.
Signed on the driver’s phone
Agreements, inspections and acknowledgements can be signed on the phone, with the signed PDF filed automatically.
Driver managementA dated record of condition
Every checklist carries time-stamped photos, so damage is pinned to the day it first appears.
Checklists & complianceFines matched to the driver
Fines are matched to the vehicle and the driver who had it that day, and an acknowledgement of debt opens already filled in.
Fines managementRepairs through vetted workshops
Quote, approval, order and invoice run in one flow, with the cost recorded against the vehicle.
Job cards & requests

Vehicle subscription for ride-hailing drivers
A thousand cars rented weekly, no workshop of its own, and contracts arriving every day.
What we built: Contracts signed on the driver’s phone and filed automatically, and repairs run through vetted workshops, with quote, approval, order and invoice in one flow.
More problems we’ve solved“better control, reduced downtime, and improved decision-making.”
Questions we get asked.
Can drivers sign their paperwork on their phone?
Yes. They sign on their own phone, and the signed PDF is filed automatically.
How do we prove which driver damaged a vehicle?
Every checklist includes time-stamped photos of each side of the vehicle. Compare the last clean one with the first that shows the damage, and you know whose contract it happened on.
Can fines be passed on to the driver who had the vehicle?
Yes. Fines are matched to the vehicle and the driver who had it that day, and an acknowledgement of debt opens already filled in for the driver to sign on their phone.
