Fleet management for healthcare and courier fleets.

On a full-maintenance lease, an underused vehicle costs the same each month as an overworked one. Simply Fleet shows which is which while there’s still time to act.

Cars, motorcycles, light delivery vehicles

Paying for kilometres nobody drove.

Lots of small vehicles and drivers, on lease contracts that charge for kilometres whether they’re driven or not.

Lease kilometres nobody watches

Some vehicles run far past their lease limit while others barely move, and the cost only shows up at the end of the contract.

Readings that don’t add up

One mistyped odometer throws out service dates, cost per kilometre and the lease position at once.

Motorcycles and cars in one fleet

A motorcycle and a sedan need different checks, but the fleet manager needs them in one place.

How it works on a leased fleet.

A leased courier fleet usually starts with odometers, checklists and fuel. Other modules can be added later, and all of them are set up around your branches.

  • Use measured against each lease

Every vehicle’s kilometres are tracked against its lease allowance, so work can be moved from the busiest vehicles to the quiet ones.

    Odometer capture
  • Readings with a photo behind them

The driver enters the reading and photographs the cluster. Each one is checked against the vehicle’s own history, and doubtful readings go to a responsible person to verify.

    Odometer capture
  • The right checklist for each vehicle

Questions change with the asset type, so a motorcycle gets motorcycle questions.

    Checklists & compliance
  • Fuel matched to the vehicle

Fuel card transactions come in from your card provider and land on the vehicle and the driver.

Leased pathology courier fleet

Some vehicles ran far past their lease limits while others barely moved, and nobody could see which was which.

What we built: Every vehicle’s use measured against its lease, showing which vehicles were overworked and which sat idle, so work could be moved between them. It showed about a fifth of the leased kilometres were never driven: room to run the same operation with up to one vehicle in five fewer.

More problems we’ve solved

Questions we get asked.

Our odometer readings are often wrong. Can you help with that?

Yes. Each reading comes with a photo of the dashboard and is checked against that vehicle’s own history. A reading that doesn’t add up goes to a responsible person to verify, and the driver can carry on with their checklist.

Can we see which vehicles are under-used?

Yes. Each vehicle’s kilometres are tracked against its lease allowance, so you can see which vehicles are overworked and which sit idle.

We run motorcycles as well as cars. Can they be managed together?

Yes. Every vehicle type sits in the same register, and each type gets its own checklist questions.
