Every Simply Fleet system is configured for the fleet it runs, so we quote each one. Here’s how that quote is put together.
Two parts, and an optional third.
A once-off setup to get you live, then one monthly subscription for every vehicle you run.
Setup, once-off
Discovery, data import, configuration, training and go-live, priced for the scope we agree with you. Integrations with your other systems are scoped and quoted as part of it.
Monthly subscription
Charged per active vehicle or asset, counted on the invoice date. When a vehicle leaves your fleet, it leaves your invoice, so the subscription moves with your fleet, up or down.
Development retainer, optional
A set number of build hours every month, so new workflows, reports and integrations are built as your operation changes. Optional, and highly recommended for larger fleets.

Lower per vehicle as you grow
The rate per vehicle falls as your fleet gets bigger.
A rate for each type, where it matters
Most fleets have one rate for everything. Where a fleet mixes very different assets, trailers or heavy vehicles can carry their own rate.
No charge per user
Add every mechanic and branch manager who needs access. You’re never charged for another user.
A yearly agreement
Agreements run for a year and renew each year.
